Exhibition procedures
1. The exhibitor shall carefully fill out each item of the exhibition application form (index), which shall be stamped and delivered to exhibition office via fax or post. Application will be completed as of August 1, 2007. the organizational committee is empowered to the distribution of booth positions.
2. After the booth is confirmed, the booth fee and advertising fee on the show directory shall be remitted to the account as specified by the organizational committee within a week. If the exhibitor fails to pay the exhibition charge within a week, the booth will be canceled.
